For each behavior assessed, Ripples Discovery provides an “Insight” (key takeaway on why it matters), one recommended “Action” to improve, and quick “Suggestions to Improve.” This ensures feedback isn’t overwhelming; it’s translated into doable next steps.

Personalized Improvement Roadmaps

The platform automatically generates a development plan tailored to the individual’s results. It outlines short-term quick wins (e.g. 1–3 month habit-building activities), medium-term goals (3–12 month skill-building projects or coaching), and long-term strategies (12+ month initiatives to institutionalize new behaviors). These roadmaps help learners move up to the next competency “band” and track progress over time. 

Reflection Journals & Quests

Ripples Discovery includes guided reflection journals and gamified “Quests.” After receiving feedback, users are prompted with reflection questions to internalize what they learned, note real-life triggers and outcomes, and commit to a small behavior change. Quests are bite-sized challenges or activities related to the target behaviors – encouraging learners to practice in real scenarios and report back.
